Cass is founder, CEO and the driving force behind Unity Studios. She is a passionate, born educator and thrives on building relationships with the many and varied clientele who walk through the door. Community, inclusivity, and motivation are some of Cass’ driving philosophies that define what she brings to Unity Studios as a leader of our team, and as a mentor. She recently won the “Revolutionary Achievement Award”, at the Altitude Awards for her long standing contribution to the field of education.

What is your Highest Qualification: Graduate Diploma of Education (specialising in Music and Inclusive Education)

Hobbies: Listening and playing music, singing, art and crafts, going out for coffee or lunch with family and friends.

What do you love about working at Unity Studios: I love the sense of commUNITY at Unity Studios! Getting to know our team, mentees and their families on a deeper level over time, is hands down the best part of working at Unity Studios. The inclusive and light hearted environment is a great place to be and spend my time. I believe it is a privilege to work with our mentees and mentors and to witness them having major or minor breakthroughs. I really enjoy it when I look around the studio and can tell every person WANTS to be at Unity Studios.
