Unity Studios may change the content, which includes prices, offers and content at any time. We do not provide a warranty or guarantee of its accuracy, completeness, suitability, timeliness or performance of information or content in the website. If there are errors in the information provided in the content of the website we expressly exclude liability for these inaccuracies, to the fullest extent that the law permits.
You can use any of the information or content at your own risk for which Unity Studios will not be liable. It will be your responsibility to ensure that any products you purchase are suitable to your current requirements.
All materials, which include copy, content, images, layout, graphics, design and appearance belong to Unity Studios.
Any breach of these terms may result in a criminal offense being committed.

All of the online courses in the website are provided by Unity Studios and are subject to the following conditions:
By starting courses with Unity Studios and you (the participant) confirm that you meet the following minimum requirements of the course.
- All of the courses provided in English.
1.1 All customers of the following courses,
Music: Keyboard, Guitar & Ukulele
Art: Primary, Secondary - Adult
Creative Writing: Upper Primary, Secondary - Adult
Drama/Physical Theatre 9 years and up.
1.2 All customers must have a competent native level of English and possess a reasonable competence in English language reading, writing and speaking skills.
1.3 All candidates must have the ability to take advice from mentors and from peers and have the capability to make improvements to their result if required. By making a booking with Unity Studios it is assumed that the candidate satisfies the above conditions and is deemed to have a competent level of English to access the course. The candidate, by making a booking, takes full responsibility in determining whether the course is suitable.
1.5 If Unity Studios feels at any point during the course that the candidates level is below a sufficient level, as per the conditions, Unity Studios will make contact with you to see how we can assist you.
1.6 Before purchasing any course from Unity Studios you should contact us to check whether you are suitable for the courses.
1.7 The participant agrees to follow any of the policies and regulations set down by Unity Studios.
2. How to make a booking:
2.1 Booking for music will be made in consultation with you. Other courses run at set times on the timetable and the ZOOM sessions can be accessed through the virtual studio. You are also responsible for the accuracy of your personal details. Unity Studios will contact you via text and email in the event of one off cancellation of the session.The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and by paying for the course accepts the terms and conditions. Unity Studios states that by paying for a booking you have read the terms and conditions.
2.2 You must pay for each month of sessions and access to the virtual studios upfront at the time of booking. Unity Studios accepts payments via debit or credit card. If your card defaults payment you may lose access to the virtual studios and your sessions until payment is processed and your service reinstated. We will only hold your spot in sessions for up to 8 days before giving your session time to another person on our waitlist. Our system will send you an email if your payment is declined, the system will try again to process your payment the next day, then 3 days after that and will try again 3 days later before cancelling your subscription. If your membership has been cancelled by Unity Studios due to non payment and you wish to continue, must resubscribe via the website (your course spot will be subject to availability).
2.3 Once you have signed up to your course and Unity Studios has received your payment Unity Studios will email you a confirmation email. If you have any issues with access, reply to this email and we will assist you.
2.4 If paying for your course via creative or active kids voucher, your course booking is not complete until we successfully redeem your voucher.
2.5. If you are already a member and want to use your creative or active kids voucher you must cancel your membership, reapply with your new voucher details. Follow the cancelation procedure then re enroll using your current login with your new voucher .

Price of Courses:
3.1 All prices that are advertised on our website are correct at the time of booking. However, Unity Studios reserves the right and discretion to change our prices at any time. Please check our website for up-to-date prices before you book.
3.2 Once you have paid for a course you will be sent email confirmation with 24 hours of payment. If you do not receive an email then please contact us at [email protected]
3.3 Unity Studios reserves the right to change any of its prices at any time.
4. Procedure for changing or cancelling a booking:
4.1 When you agree to these terms and conditions you are agreeing to booking sessions in your chosen course for the duration of the month. If you do not wish to book in for the following month, you will need to cancel your membership via your profile on our website seven (7) days prior to the next payment being taken out of your account.
To cancel your membership via the website, follow the steps below -

Click cancel next to your subscription
You will be asked to confirm your cancellation.
4.2 Once you have cancelled your course, your session booking and virtual studio access will be cancelled in 7 days.
Time Period for the completion of courses
5.1 There is no time limit to your course booking and course content is uploaded at the start of each school term and at the beginning of the Christmas Break (music and creative writing sessions run through the school term, drama/physical theatre and art sessions have a shorter break over Christmas). All details will be available on the student portal section of the Unity Studios website.
6. System Maintenance and Upgrades
At certain times our systems and software programs will be updated. In the event of an update will we endeavour to do this work as quickly as possible.
7. Limitation of Liability
Unity Studios does not accept any liability for any loss or additional expense caused by delay or disruption to travel services, weather conditions, civil disturbance, industrial action, strikes, wars, floods, sickness or force majeure. Such losses or additional expenses are your responsibility. Force majeure represents unusual or unforeseeable circumstances, which include: pandemics, war, terrorist activities, riots, natural disasters or nuclear disasters such as fire, flood or adverse weather conditions.
If at any time, you are unhappy with the Unity Studios Course service then please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will endeavour to respond as quickly as possible but no more than 14 days following the receipt of your complaint.
9. Accuracy of Marketing Materials
Unity Studios makes every effort to ensure that the marketing material in our website is up to date and accurate. We take no responsibility for any information that is deemed incorrect and we will endeavour to do our best to inform you of any changes to the course. We reserve the right to change any of the information in our website at any time we feel appropriate.
10. The Law and its Jurisdiction:
These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of and in connection with them or their subject matter (including no contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and shall be construed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
11. Third Party Rights:
A person that has no connection to the course shall have no rights in the contract.
12. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
Unity Studios reserves the right to change any of these conditions at any time deemed necessary to reflect current market and economic conditions.
If any party finds any of the terms and conditions in this document to be deemed illegal, invalid or unenforceable then these parts will be deleted while the other parts of the terms and conditions will be deemed valid.
14. The Course:
The Course and the relevant login details are solely for your use. Another party cannot use these details.
15. Acceptance of these terms and conditions:
By reading these terms and conditions, making payment on the website you are accepting all terms and conditions of Unity Studios courses

Please be aware that we do our best to respond to contact emails as quickly as possible. We have very high customer service expectations and will endeavour to reply to your contact email within 24 – 48 Hours after receipt of your email. We would also like to make you aware that sometimes spam filters do not allow our emails into your system. Please check your junk/spam folders and the settings on your Email Client. Unity Studios does not take responsibility for you not receiving emails due to filters/junk or spam folders on your Email Client.
17. Online sessions access:
Part of this agreement to terms and conditions of this course is allowing Unity Studios to photograph and record you in your sessions. These pictures and videos appear in Virtual Studios course content and Unity Studios marketing.
18. The Unity Studios Courses Commitment:
18.1 Unity Studios has a commitment to help you get the most from your Online Courses. Our mentors are here to help you by giving you constructive feedback and advice.
18.2 Any queries will be dealt with within a week of receipt.
19. Once you accept the following Terms and Conditions you enter a contract between Unity Studios and yourself.
Unity Studios reserves the right to change any of the content, material, prices, offers or time period of the courses at any time. We advise you to read and accept the terms and conditions at the time of booking.
