Unity Studios studio sessions Terms and Conditions are outlined in our information booklet and enrolment form you will receive via email from [email protected]. Your completed enrolment form will need to be submitted to finalised your booking within our programs.
Online Courses Terms and Conditions
Please read the following terms & conditions carefully. These terms & conditions apply to anyone starting a course with “UNITY STUDIOS”. These terms and conditions are a contract between you and Unity Studios.
All online courses are provided by Unity Studios, Suite 12 Level 1 Parker Arcade 472 – 476 High Street, Penrith (ABN: 78219390722)
The terms “we”, “us”, “our” and “Unity Studios” refer to UNITY STUDIOS (ABN: 78219390722)
The terms “you” and “your” means the individual or company: using our website, seeking or having already obtained our services.
The term “participant” and “participants” refer to the individual or individuals who are participating in the event or session given by Unity Studios
The terms “products” and “services” refers to the products & services provided by Unity Studios
The term “Website” collectively means: the content, design, source code and media (e.g. images, video etc) that are inherent components of a related set of pages used to inform or share media on the Internet via a browser.
This website is owned and operated by Unity Studios.
Unity Studios may change content, prices, or offers at any time. We do not provide a warranty or guarantee for the accuracy, completeness, suitability, timeliness or performance of website’s content or information. If there are errors in the information provided within the website content, we expressly exclude liability for these inaccuracies, to the fullest extent that the law permits.
You agree that you may use any of the information or content at your own risk and also accept that Unity Studios will not be held liable by anyone for making use of the content and information. It will be your responsibility to ensure that any products you purchase are suitable to your current requirements.
All materials including copy, content, images, layout, graphics, design and appearance belong to, or are licensed to Unity Studios.
Any breach of these terms may result in a criminal offence being committed.

All of the online courses in the website are provided by Unity Studios and are subject to the following conditions:
- Course Requirements:
By starting courses with Unity Studios you confirm that the participant meets the following minimum requirements of the course:
If Unity Studios feels at any point during the course that the candidates level is below a sufficient level, as per the conditions, Unity Studios will make contact with you to see how we can assist you.
If concerned about accessibility, before purchasing any course from Unity Studios you should contact us to check whether you are suitable for the courses. We are happy to help.
The participant agrees to follow any of the policies and regulations set down by Unity Studios.
2.1 You must pay for the online course you have chosen upfront at the time of booking via debit or credit card. If your card defaults payment you may lose access to your course until payment is processed and your service reinstated.
2.3 Once you have signed up to your course and Unity Studios has received your payment Unity Studios will email you a confirmation email. If you have any issues with access, reply to this email and we will assist you.
2.4 If paying for your course via creative or active kids voucher, your course booking is not complete until we successfully redeem your voucher.
2.5. If you have purchased your course and want to renew your course subscription using your creative kids voucher you must cancel your membership, sign up again with your new voucher details. Follow the cancellation procedure then re-enrol using your current login with your new voucher.
2.6 Cancelling your membership via the website, follow the steps below -
Head to Unity Studios https://unitystudios.com.au/
Click “Log in” to login into your account via on our website, once logged in
Head to “My Account” (under Login), click cancel next to your subscription
You will be asked to confirm your cancellation.
Price of Courses:
All prices that are advertised on our website are correct at the time of purchase. However, Unity Studios reserves the right and discretion to change our prices. Please check our website for up-to-date prices before your next subscription is due.
Once you have paid for a course you will be sent email confirmation with 24 hours of payment. If you do not receive an email then please contact us at [email protected]
- Time Period for the completion of courses
You have access to the online course for one month and your 30min. 1:1 online ZOOM session will be scheduled via phone or email in your month access period. Your ZOOM session must be completed in the one month access period. Check your email toward the end of your introductory offer and book your further online sessions (including continued access to online course content) if you would like to continue. Then you can set your own pace under mentor instruction. New content is uploaded generally at the start of each school term and at the beginning of the Christmas Break.
- System Maintenance and Upgrades
At certain times our systems and software programs will be updated. In the event of an update will we endeavour to do this work as quickly as possible.
- Limitation of Liability
Unity Studios does not accept any liability for any loss or additional expense caused by delay or disruption to travel services, weather conditions, civil disturbance, industrial action, strikes, wars, floods, sickness or force majeure. Such losses or additional expenses are your responsibility. Force majeure represents unusual or unforeseeable circumstances, which include: pandemics, war, terrorist activities, riots, natural disasters or nuclear disasters such as fire, flood or adverse weather conditions.
If at any time, you are unhappy with the Unity Studios Course service then please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will endeavour to respond as quickly as possible but no more than 7 days following the receipt of your complaint.
- Accuracy of Marketing Materials
Unity Studios makes every effort to ensure that the marketing material in our website is up to date and accurate. We take no responsibility for any information that is deemed incorrect and we will endeavour to do our best to inform you of any changes to the course. We reserve the right to change any of the information in our website at any time we feel appropriate.
- The Law and its Jurisdiction:
These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of and in connection with them or their subject matter (including no contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and shall be construed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
- Third Party Rights:
A person that has no connection to the course shall have no rights in the contract.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions:
Unity Studios reserves the right to change any of these conditions at any time deemed necessary to reflect current market and economic conditions.
- The Course:
The Course and the relevant login details are solely for your use. Another party cannot use these details.
- Acceptance of these terms and conditions:
By reading these terms and conditions, making payment on the website you are accepting all terms and conditions of Unity Studios courses

Please be aware that we do our best to respond to contact emails as quickly as possible. We have very high customer service expectations and will endeavour to reply to your contact email within 24 – 48 Hours after receipt of your email. We would also like to make you aware that sometimes spam filters do not allow our emails into your system. Please check your junk/spam folders and the settings on your Email Client. Unity Studios does not take responsibility for you not receiving emails due to filters/junk or spam folders on your Email Client
- The Unity Studios Courses Commitment:
Unity Studios has a commitment to help you get the most from your Online Courses. Our mentors are here to help you through giving you constructive feedback and advice.
Any queries will be dealt with within a week of receipt.
- Once you accept the following Terms and Conditions you enter a contract between Unity Studios and yourself.
Unity Studios reserves the right to change any of the content, material, prices, offers or time period of the courses at any time. We advise you to read and accept the terms and conditions at the time of booking.
- Device Requirements:

All material on this website is owned by Unity Studios. This includes all material, video and audio, graphics, content, design, appearance. As per the Terms and Conditions no material on this website or related courses can be copied or reused by anyone without the permission of Unity Studios.
