We will send your themed digital invitation matched to your party theme when we receive your booking so you can get the ball rolling and invite your child’s friends!

REFUND & RESCHEDULE POLICY for Kid’s Parties
Please arrive on time for your session. No one will be able to join the session 30 min. after your function has started the session instruction will be well underway.
Private Functions
Your full function balance is due when booking.
On the day cancellations and no shows
Your full function balance will be forfeited if you cancel on the day of your function. If a ticket holder does not show up for their session, we are unable to refund, reschedule or provide credit for the missed session.
Rescheduling
If you require us to reschedule your your function date, we can work with you to reschedule you to another date mutually suitable to yourself & Unity Studios, however, if you require us to reschedule your function within a 1 week of your function date, we will invoice you for $55 to re schedule to the next convenient date.
If we cannot reschedule your function within the next two month, we will refund 80% of your function fee and ask you to rebook your function via our website when it is convenient for you.
