Marty is our Executive Assistant and husband to Cass, the founder. Marty is a Police Officer and serves his community and organisation with professionalism and great integrity.

Marty assists at Unity Studios from time to time by encouraging mentees to shine in their gifts and talents to achieve the absolute best in everything they set their minds and hearts towards.

Hobbies: Singing, playing piano, and learning guitar. Watching EPL football and a huge supporter of Manchester United. Enjoying family time, watching my boys plays their chosen sports on the weekend. I love eating out and catching up with family and friends for coffee.

What do you love about working at Unity Studios:

Unity Studios provides support and positive encouragement. Our mentors collaborate and work well with their mentees and provide positive knowledge and skills to see them progress each day. Mentee success happens as we all help one another. Mentors and mentees are together learning and enjoying being part of a team environment.

I love that mentees can express themselves within Unity Studios, sharing, using and growing their gifts and talents. Individuals are celebrated, given recognition through accolade, encouragement and verbal praise from mentees and other mentors, however, they also learn to be internally motivated.

I love seeing and hearing about our mentees achieving remarkable results in their studies, work and reaching their goals.
