These terms and conditions are a contract between you and Unity Studios Pty Ltd. All online courses are provided by Unity Studios Pty Ltd, Suite 1/30 Woodriff Street. , Penrith (ABN: 78668838220) Definitions: The terms “we”,  “us”, “our” and “Unity Studios” refer to UNITY STUDIOS Pty Ltd. The term “mentee" or "mentees", participant” and “participants” refer to the individual or individuals who are participating in the event or session given by Unity Studios The terms “products” and “services” refers to the products & services provided by Unity Studios Pty Ltd. The term “Website” collectively means: the content, design, source code and media (e.g. images, video etc) that are inherent components of a related set of pages used to inform or share media on the Internet via a browser. Once enrolled for ongoing face to face online or studio sessions, we will send you an email with different Unity Studios Facebook groups you can join for ongoing support as well as step by step information on how to cancel your enrolment and other guidelines to help you work with us through your time with us at Unity Studios.   • Working Together
1.1 Respectful Environment At Unity Studios, creating a safe and nurturing environment is our priority. To ensure this, we expect all individuals to adhere to the following guidelines:
  • Be respectful to our team and fellow mentees.
  • For online sessions attended by preschool and primary age mentees, conduct sessions in a common area where parents/carers can hear and participate.
  • Arrive on time for sessions and notify the studio via SMS or call if running late.
  • For feedback or complaints, contact us via for prompt and confidential resolution.
1.2 Media Release Consent and copyright Much of what we do at Unity Studios is based on production. By completing this enrolment, you provide consent for the use of photographs, filming, and sound recordings during studio sessions and special events for various purposes, including social media posts and marketing materials. You must let us know via email if you have court orders and such in place, so we can work with you on a formalised plan in writing to stay engaged regardless. We will not publicise your personal work without your permission under any circumstance. You retain the rights to all of your work. Do not share our Unity Studios signature programming resources with others. 1.3 Notification of Absences If unable to attend a scheduled session, notify the studio via SMS by 9am for morning sessions and before 1pm for afternoon sessions. Follow the specified guidelines for online attendance and task completion. These guidelines will be emailed to you on enrolment and can also be found in your online course content resources. 1.4 Contingency Plan In unforeseen circumstances, such as health restrictions or natural disasters, Unity Studios may temporarily move face to face sessions online for the safety of mentees. Notification of such changes will be communicated via SMS. 1.5 COVID Smart Plan for Studio Sessions Unity Studios implements a COVID Smart Plan to ensure the safety of all mentors and mentees. Guidelines include staying home if unwell, using provided sanitisers, bringing personal equipment, and wearing masks if desired.
  • Pricing & Programming
2.1 Unity Studios Signature Skill Building, Music, Art and Drama Programs These programs run for 40 weeks a year, with a short break over Christmas – New Year. Annual fees are divided into 26 equal fortnightly instalments that cover your 40 scheduled sessions, online access, resources, administration fees and inclusion within our annual online and studio showcases at no extra cost for the time you are enrolled. We ask that you enrol for no shorter than one calendar month after your introductory sessions offer. Your enrolment is ongoing. 2.2 Cancellation Policy On enrolment we will ensure you have information sent to you regarding how you can cancel your enrolment.  You can cancel anytime after your first calendar month of enrolment. When cancelling through the website, you will also be required to contact us via email to discuss when your last session will fall. 2.3 Public Holidays Unity Studios does not operate on public holidays, fees are payable, however, enriching tasks are always available from our online course content via the website or your google classroom. 2.3 Absence Notification Notify the studio 2 weeks before any planned absences, such as holidays or camps, as we will work on a personalised alternate study plan for you. 2.4 Payment and Attendance Timely payment of fees is crucial to retain a spot in scheduled sessions. Notify the studio immediately via email if you are aware your payment has not gone through. 2.5 Inclusion in our School Holiday workshops - A benefit of your enrolment in our Signature Programs, you will be able to book into any of our advertised School Holiday workshops half price. You can also extend this offer to one friend each school holiday. A code will be emailed to you to use to book for you and your friend in the lead up to the school holidays.
  • Complaints, Disputes, and Feedback
3.1 Complaints For complaints, contact us in writing at The studio will promptly acknowledge receipt and initiate an investigation. 3.2 Feedback Unity Studios values feedback. We may occasionally ask for feedback to assist us in improving our services. We ask you to freely share thoughts via SMS or email, program feedback evaluation forms or our anonymous online suggestion box on the ‘Members’ page of the website.. From time to time, we may also ask for feedback in the form of a formal review. These reviews are optional but very appreciated.

  • Course Requirements:
By starting courses with Unity Studios Pty Ltd you confirm that the participant meets the following minimum requirements of the course: If Unity Studios feels at any point during the course that the candidate’s level is below a sufficient level, as per the conditions, Unity Studios will make contact with you to see how we can assist you. If concerned about accessibility, before purchasing any course from Unity Studios you should contact us to check whether you are suitable for the courses. We are happy to help.   • Payments:
2.1 You must pay for the online course you have chosen upfront at the time of booking via debit or credit card. If your card defaults payment you may lose access to your course until payment is processed and your service reinstated. 2.3 Once you have signed up to your course and Unity Studios has received your payment Unity Studios will email you a confirmation email. If you have any issues with access, reply to this email and we will assist you. 2.4 Cancelling your online course content membership via the website, follow the steps below – Head to Unity Studios Click “Log in” to login into your account via on our website, once logged in Head to “My Account” (under Login), click cancel next to your subscription You will be asked to confirm your cancellation. Price of Courses: All prices that are advertised on our website are correct at the time of purchase. However, Unity Studios reserves the right and discretion to change our prices. Please check our website for up-to-date prices before your next subscription is due. Once you have paid for a course you will be sent email confirmation with 24 hours of payment. If you do not receive an email then please contact us at 1.Time Period for the completion of courses You have ongoing access to your course while you pay your monthly subscription fee (please not online course content comes free with our signature programming enrolment). You can set your own pace. New content is uploaded generally at the start of each school holiday period.

At certain times our systems and software programs will be updated. In the event of an update will we endeavour to do this work as quickly as possible. 3.Limitation of Liability Unity Studios Pty Ltd does not accept any liability for any loss or additional expense caused by delay or disruption to travel services, weather conditions, civil disturbance, industrial action, strikes, wars, floods, sickness or force majeure.
